We are Central Washington's largest Real Estate Sign Installation Company,
serving Realtors since 1997. Please use the Forms available below for all ordering requests.

Tip: Order the setup, file it in your listing folder, then mark off removal when ready on
the original form and resend for removal request.
Rate change for 2011 not shown on Order Forms. 


Rates are shown discounted for volume and are not delinquent in payments.  We reserve the right to waive the discount on future services on delinquent Accounts.

Residential Signs -  Expect 1 - 2 days service. 

Our Goal in the Spring of 2012,  is to shift into an online ordering and tracking system for all Reator Signs.

What's included:

  • We provide the install and removal of residential & commercial posts/signs.
  • Flyer boxes are available.  We do not store or install privately owned flyer boxes.
  • All storage of Customer signs and  name riders.
  • You provide the office signs and name riders if applicable. 
  • Fee is for "an unlimited amount of time for that assigned property"
    until sold or off market by that agent/office.   No back-end rental fees.
  • Our Vinyl system requires no digging so that yard damage is minimal
    and the original grass grows back quickly.
  • A Licensed and Bonded Sign Contractor.   Our standard shop rate is $65/ hr.  plus Materials for
    work other than standard priced items noted above and on the Misc. price sheet.
